1. Who we are
Naked Protein ("we", "us") is based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. This policy covers our website and ordering channels, including orders made directly on WhatsApp.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your email address when you sign up for our newsletter; your name, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or become a member.
- Order & membership data: what you order, your tier, delivery preferences and order history.
- Messages: we process WhatsApp conversations to handle orders and enquiries. WhatsApp also processes information under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data: we use analytics services (including Google Analytics and PostHog) that collect device, browser and usage information via cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how the site is used and improve it.
3. How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders and manage your membership.
- To send the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand site usage and improve our products and service.
4. Who can see your details
Our staff and delivery providers use the details needed to prepare and deliver orders. Staff access is controlled through individual accounts.
5. What we don't do
We don't sell customer lists or send marketing messages you didn't sign up for. We share information with providers for delivery, payments, analytics and email, and with Meta for the advertising uses below. Providers may process information outside Indonesia, including in the United States.
6. Cookies & advertising
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site keeps working without analytics cookies.
With permission, we use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure advertising and help deliver relevant ads. Its website tracking collects page visits, browser and device information, network addresses and cookie identifiers. It can also match encoded versions of names, email addresses and phone numbers supplied on the site to Meta accounts. This information is not anonymous.
For orders started through a WhatsApp ad, we automatically share the ad-click identifier and purchase time, amount and currency with Meta after payment is independently verified, to measure and improve our advertising. This also applies when the customer never visits our website. This purchase report does not include chat messages, names, phone numbers or payment credentials.
Meta can combine this information with other activity to measure, personalise and deliver ads and improve its services. See Meta's privacy policy and ad preferences.
Website ad tracking is off until enabled below. The choice lasts 90 days and can be withdrawn here. WhatsApp purchase reporting works automatically. Contact us below to stop future reporting; an existing order advertising preferences link can also turn it off. Orders and payments work either way. Turning reporting off cannot recall information already sent.

7. Retention & your rights
Website advertising choices expire after 90 days. Meta may retain event data for up to two years. Our order and advertising-reporting records have no automatic expiry; deletion requests are reviewed alongside required legal records. You can ask to access, obtain a copy of, correct or delete your data, stop or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. These requests do not prevent us from keeping records required by law. Indonesian personal-data rights are set out in Law No. 27 of 2022.

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be announced to newsletter subscribers.
