1. Who we are
Naked Protein ("we", "us") is based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nakedprotein site and our ordering channels, and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Contact details — your email address when you sign up for our newsletter; your name, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or become a member.
- Order & membership data — what you order, your tier, delivery preferences and order history.
- Messages — conversations you have with us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms.
- Usage data — we use analytics services (including Google Analytics and PostHog) that collect device, browser and usage information via cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how the site is used and improve it.
3. How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders and manage your membership.
- To send the newsletter you asked for — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To operate The Pink Card programme with partner venues (partners never receive your contact details — they only verify a valid card).
- To understand site usage and improve our products and service.
4. Who can see your details
Your name, phone number and delivery address are visible to the people who run Naked Protein and to anyone working a shift — the same details are what a delivery needs. Everyone who can see them signs in to our admin system with their own account; there is no shared login, so every action against your order is recorded against a named person. Access is granted and removed by hand, and we keep a list of every signed-in device so one can be cut off immediately.
Signing in records the network address and browser of the device used, so an unexpected sign-in can be spotted. Failed sign-in records are deleted after 90 days.
5. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't send marketing you didn't sign up for. We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (delivery, payments, analytics, email) under their own privacy safeguards.
6. Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site keeps working without analytics cookies.
7. Retention & your rights
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Indonesian law (including UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection). You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe — message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
